Sasha Pieterse will always have fond memories of her days in Rosewood, but there’s one piece of Pretty Little Liars herstory that she’d gladly rewrite if given the chance.
Like many fans of the ABC Family-turned-Freeform drama, Pieterse is still unhappy that her character, iconic reformed bad girl Alison Dilaurentis, wound up getting divorced in the series’ short-lived spinoff. Viewers spent seven seasons ‘shipping Alison and Emily (Shay Mitchell), and their patience was rewarded when the series ended with #Emison in a seemingly happy marriage. Sasha Pieterse wishes Alison Dilaurentis and Emily Fields (Shay Mitchell) had gotten a happily ever after. In the Pretty Little Liars spinoff series, Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists, Alison and Emily get divorced, which was a dagger into the heart of the Emison fandom. In an interview with TV Insider, Pieterse revealed her thoughts about Alison and Emily’s fate. “I was super, super, super, super bummed with that storyline. I’m an Emerson shipper, and I was bummed that that’s the direction that it went in,” Pieterse said. “Again, in my universe, in my world, not only would the divorce not have happened, but I just see them being together and being such a good family. I think because of everything that they had gone through, it would never be that easy to separate. I feel like they have been through so much that they would work through things.

The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl is one of those movies that’s so bad it’s good, holding a special place in the hearts of 2000s kids despite being trashed by critics at the time. Its comeback story is nothing short of miraculous. Like many masterpieces, it didn’t initially win over audiences, with its disappointing box office performance and a measly 19% score on Rotten Tomatoes.
The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl
However, in the hearts of 2000s kids, it remains forever youthful, a nostalgic treasure trove to revisit childhood memories. Actress Sasha Pieterse, who starred in the film as Marissa, the Ice Princess, recently admitted it’s one movie she’s embarrassed about in her career, for obvious reasons.

This article contains spoilers for the TV series Pretty Little Liars.
Several characters took on the villainous mantle of ‘A’ across Pretty Little Liars’ seven seasons. Some were the true masterminds behind the plans for the Liars’ downfall, while others served as minions on the ‘A’ Team, there to do ‘A’s’ bidding and keep tabs on what the Liars were up to. Not every ‘A’ or member of the ‘A’ Team is equal though, with some being significantly more terrifying than others.
Here’s every person who was officially part of the ‘A’ conspiracy ranked by general scariness as blackmailers, stalkers, and criminal masterminds and by how satisfying their reveal was in the series.
13. Lucas Gottesman, Melissa Hastings
Lucas (Brendan Robinson) and Melissa (Torrey DeVitto) are tied for last place because both really only joined the ‘A’ team because they were being blackmailed themselves. Lucas does work with Mona...

Identical twins mistaken for each other, a desperately obvious crime, the production values of a 70s TV mystery … this is cheap and tedious but not without a certain knowing charm
Given that this intensely schlocky, cheap-as-chardonnay-in-a-box erotic thriller is about identical twins who are often mistaken for each other, it can’t be a mere accident that it’s coming out hot on the heels of similarly titled romcom The Idea of You, an Anne Hathaway-vehicle about a fortysomething woman falling for a 24-year-old pop star. Surely, I will not be the only person to get the two mixed up.
Interestingly, it’s sort of a toss up as to which is more enjoyable. While The Idea of You is indubitably better financed and more lushly upholstered with fancy locations, snazzier costumes and a gazillion extras, it’s air of self-seriousness is irksome. The Image of You, on the other hand,...

"What has Anna told you about her past?" Paramount Movies has revealed an official trailer for a romantic comedy thriller titled The Image of You, from filmmaker Jeff Fisher. Arriving to watch in theaters and on VOD directly this May - from director who mostly works in TV and directs cheesy romantic TV movies. The film is about identical twins Anna and Zoe - both played by Sasha Pieterse. It's based on the book of the same name and that description sums it up nicely: Anna and Zoe are twins. Identical in appearance, utterly different in personality, they share a bond so close that nothing – or no one – can rip them apart. Until Anna meets charismatic Nick. Anna is trusting, romantic & hopeful; she thinks Nick is perfect. Zoe is daring, dangerous & extreme; she thinks Nick is a liar. Zoe has seen Anna betrayed by men before. She'll stop at nothing...

Pretty Little Liars, the soapy teen drama based on the books by Sara Shepard, captivated audiences for seven seasons. The cliquey friend group found themselves being harassed by an anonymous “A” after the disappearance of their leader, snarky Alison Dilaurentis (Sasha Pieterse). But here was something the actor wished had disappeared with her character.

These days, Pretty Little Liars is a media franchise, consisting of several spinoffs and a reboot. However, long before there was an empire of shows and productions under the Pll umbrella, there was the original TV series. The one that started it all ran from 2010 through 2017, earning millions of fans who tuned in on a regular basis to keep up with the latest twists and turns.
The series finale of Pretty Little Liars, when it aired in June 2017, made waves around the world, with many fans discussing the revelations the episode contained for weeks and months afterward. Interestingly enough, series star Troian Bellisario admitted that the show originally had some unexpected twists in the ending, leaving one main character’s fate up to speculation.

Lucy Hale took the internet by surprise in a breathtaking new magazine shoot.
The actress wore at least six different outfits that give us that perfect Morocco look.
The first look she shared is a long sleeve animal print dress, with her dark brown hair parted to the side and a brown eye-makeup look.
The second picture is a beautiful close-up of Hale’s face, showing her flawless skin. With a reverse cat-eye eyeliner, her eyes sparkle. And of course, her iconic full brows and plump lips complete this makeup look.
There are two pictures where we can see Lucy wearing what can only be described as a very chic blue and white oversized coat. The coat itself is a piece of art but is the way her long ponytail falls on her back that makes it stand out even more.

“We were shooting [during] a heat wave in Canada. The set was hot, but [Jesse] wasn’t waiting in his trailer — he came straight in and he goes, ‘I’ve got a joke to pitch,'” Down told Variety on the red carpet at Harmony Gold. “He just loves improvisation and he was such a generous actor.”
Based on the children’s book series by Annie Barrows, the upcoming film trilogy follows the adventures of unlikely best friends Ivy (Keslee Blalock) and Bean (Madison Skye Validum), from hunting down ghosts to enrolling in dance lessons. Ferguson plays ballet teacher Monsieur Joy in the third installment, “Ivy and Bean: Doomed to Dance.”

Just like its predecessor, "Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin" is great at engaging fans with lots of juicy plot details. With every episode comes a new batch of theories about the identity of this generation's deadly "A" stalker or the Liars' own mysterious pasts. Since the series takes place in the same universe as "Pretty Little Liars," eagle-eyed fans are also constantly on the lookout for unique connections to the original series - and episode six delivers a major one that potentially muddies the whole Pll timeline.
When Does the Original "Pretty Little Liars" Take Place?
First, here's a quick primer on when both series take place. "Pretty Little Liars" begins with Aria's (Lucy Hale) 2010 return to Rosewood in the pilot episode, a year after Alison's (Sasha Pieterse) 2009 disappearance. The remaining series events take place from 2010 to 2018, when the Liars finally defeat "A.D." and bid farewell to each other...

This Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin article contains no spoilers.
When Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin was announced, fans of the original series were naturally hesitant. The show had only ended in 2017 and over the course of 7 seasons, the original became an iconic part of teen television that meant a lot to the people who watched it. It even led to two spinoffs with original cast members (Ravenswood and Pll: The Perfectionists), but unfortunately, both were swiftly canceled. So what makes Original Sin different? Will it be enough to last as long as the original or maybe even longer?
While your first concern is most likely that none of the original cast are involved, this seemingly benefits the newest chapter in the Pretty Little Liars world because this is for a new generation. What Lucy Hale, Shay Mitchell, Ashley Benson, Troian Bellisario, and Sasha Pieterse brought to life on screen can never be duplicated,...

Bailee Madison is relieved she no longer has to hide her pregnancy - well, her character's pregnancy, that is. The 22-year-old stars as expectant high school student Imogen in HBO Max's "Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin," which premieres with three episodes on July 28.
Speaking with Popsugar, Madison discusses what it was like wearing a prosthetic baby bump and getting into the mindset of being pregnant. "It was wild," she says. "It's also really exciting that people know finally. I joke all the time that the show's going to come out and everyone's going to have these cast photos and I'm just not going to be in them, because I was hiding my pregnancy bump when I was filming for nine months. But that was a surreal experience."

HBO Max has given a direct-to-series order to a “Pretty Little Liars” reboot from “Riverdale” creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, the streaming service said Thursday.
Titled “Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin,” the show will be set in a new town and follow a “new generation” of liars, but exist in the same universe as the Freeform series created by I. Here’s the official description for “Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin”:

Aguirre-Sacasa’s take on the teen drama, which was created by I. Marlene King and based on the novel series of the same name written by Sara Shepard, would follow a new story, focused on new characters. He is developing the “Pll” project for Warner Bros. Showrunner of both The CW’s “Riverdale” and Netflix’s “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina,” Aguirre-Sacasa will executive produce the potential reboot series alongside Alloy Entertainment’s Leslie Morgenstein and Gina Girolamo.
No platform is attached to the reboot, which is still in the early stages of development and has not been taken out to the marketplace yet.
