At the beginning of Amy's first shift as Helen is leaving, Helen picks up the phone and calls Max to let him know that 'lights out' in five minutes. But minutes before as Mrs. Folder is showing Amy around, she tells her that the phones have been turned off.

They should have started cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) maneuvers instead. Furthermore, when an electrical shock is delivered, a typical waveform should have appeared in the monitor.
When Simon is rushed for xrays, they set up the equipment for the knee to be shot, but when they look at the developed xray, it shows the break at mid-thigh (no where near the bruise is (around his knee).
When Amy gets upset after the incident with the bed sheet and her argue with Dr. Marcus, she reaches and opens the med cabinet to take one of her pills. She takes it with a sip from a water bottle, but instead of putting the medicine back in the cabinet, she puts the water bottle and closes the door.
In the opening scenes Amy gets off the Red Funnel ferry in East Cowes, in the next shot they are driving along Ryde pier which is 6 miles away, she didn't come on the fast ferries that dock there,so what was she doing on Ryde pier ?, It's a pier, it doesn't lead anywhere .
