Boîte noire has three features which struck me as especially interesting:
1) the protagonist kept reminding me of Edward Snowden
2) the single-car accident in which the main character dies appears to have been modelled on what happened to Michael Hastings
3) the overall message is that whistleblowers can do more harm than good; either way they end up dead!
The pacing and suspense of this production were very good. The story is resolved in a manner in which whistleblower stories rarely are. But the fact that a different whistleblower caused the wreck is somewhat of a bizarre twist.
